Owners Mark and Amy have come together to utilize their skill sets and make custom homes their passion.
Where custom meets quality
Mark has been in construction and development for over 15 years; he started by flipping residential homes in Toronto. When people showed interest in the unique spaces he would create, he knew he was in the right place.
Parallel to renovating homes, for 10 years he owned and operated a custom metal fabrication company. Producing a wide variety of custom, one-off architectural pieces for both residential and commercial. This is what sparked his passion for custom and allowed him to further develop his skills for project management working with engineers, designers, contractors and other industry professionals to bring large scale projects to life.
After 10 years in the metal fabrication industry, Mark decided to make building houses his career. After the sale of his company, he traveled out west to work for a developer, managing new home building projects. This gave him the last of the necessary experience he needed to move into custom home building working with the best builders on the west coast.
Now settled in Lakehurst, Ontario, there is nothing Mark enjoys more than building custom homes for his clients.

Amy’s contribution to the mix is irreplaceable. With a background in banking and finance, rest assured when Mark is out in the field, Amy has things covered in the office.
From admin, accounting, billing, purchases and sometimes design, Amy’s organization to keep projects on track behind the scenes is second to none.
Not just in the office, Amy has also had her share of first-hand knowledge in renovations and construction. Participating in the hands-on work, onsite as well as managing rental properties. This knowledge goes along way in suggesting what a client should include in their home. Amy also handles the purchases and deliveries of fixtures and appliances for various projects keeping an eye for new products and designs.
