Every project starts with a free preliminary consultation. Whether you are building a home, cottage, renovating, building a new house or retrofitting, whether you have an existing home are thinking about buying land or already have a lot, all of our projects start the same. We meet with the clients to discuss their ideas and goals. Not sure what you want? Not a problem. We can propose ideas or include a designer to the conversation. Once we have a good vision of what the client wants, we create a budget.

After we establish what the client wants, we create a budget. This will be the budget we work with through the life cycle of the project. Always updated and always available for the client’s review. Budgets are based on customer requests, past projects and current costs. We can adjust the budget to give us a realistic target for the customer that includes the items they want while staying conscious of costs. With a costs plus model for billing the customer is always in the loop on costs and have full access to all of the number. There is full transparency in our billing.

Depending on the size of the project, we would bring in the appropriate team to design your home, whether that’s inhouse, an independent architect or a full architecture firm with interior designer we have all the necessary trades to fulfill your vision while keeping the budget in mind.

By the time we are ready to get going on your project, we would have lined up the trades necessary and built a schedule. This allows for very little down time and building within a schedule. We will manage all aspects of the construction including materials, contractors, trades, purchases, inspections etc. From start to finish. Meeting with the client along the way to provide updates and input via walk through meetings.

When your home is complete and permits closed, we hand over the keys to your new home after a final walk through and information package, but our involvement doesn’t end there. We are always around for any questions concerns or touch ups the client might want. Description goes here
