From there, we build a budget with a step-by-step action plan and schedule. Our process for managing a project from idea to completion has been refined over multiple projects insuring the most efficient hassle-free experience for the customer.

For smaller projects a flat cost might be ideal, for larger projects a costs plus model is the way to go. Costs plus allows for a client to be kept in the loop on all transactions, changes are easily managed and the client is fully updated along the way with update emails and budget meetings. No surprises.

Everyone is different just like our projects. Some clients want to be heavily involved while others just want the keys to their new home at the end. We have you covered either way! A client can decide how much involvement they want to have from Design, onsite work, purchases etc. We can work together to make your ideas come to life or, trust in our team and qualified trades to take care of all the heavy thinking and lifting.
